This stunning new conference center at the University of Chicago is more likely to host gatherings with a Nobel Prize winner than a Salesperson of the Year. While the property was still under construction, we developed its brand story and targeted messaging. This brochure was the first deliverable from that effort. Fun fact: I wrote this copy at the same time as copy for a Jimmy Buffett-themed, flip-flop-flauting, fun-in-the-sun venue. Intellectual whiplash.
