When creating collateral for group sales, the story needs to include more than just how many square feet of meeting space you offer or what amenities you have. It’s important potential customers get a feel for the experience of convening on your property.
These brochure excerpts are from properties that couldn’t be more different from each other. One is a Jimmy Buffett-themed, flip-flop-flaunting, fun-in-the-sun venue, while the other is a university-based center of intellectual exploration and discovery–no flip flops allowed. These projects happened to fall one after the other on my to-do list, and both were fun to write. Especially since we created the brand story for the university venue, and this was their first sales piece.
