NYC, again

The stuffed animal play continues its journey. The ninth production will be EstroGenius 2007 at Manhattan Theatre Source in October. This is a really great festival to have gotten into, and I’m quite excited about it. I’ve heard back from most of my pending submissions, so I don’t think there will be much more news for this play. Other than the fact that its swan song will be in Houston later this year, in a full production directed by me. And I’m happy to report that I’m finally working on other pieces for that production. I started two new plays this weekend – five pages into one and seven into the other. I’ve never written two plays at once, so this should be an interesting experience.

I have a tentative space lined up for the show – in mid-December. My only worry about doing it then is that people will be too caught up in holiday stuff and parties and Christmas shopping to take time out to see my show.

Thoughts?
